1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DiscoBharat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DiscoBharat. By logging in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. NSFW content is restricted to users aged 18 and above.

3. Server Listings

You may only list Discord servers that you own or have permission to list. The information you provide must be accurate. Fake, misleading, or spam listings will be removed. You are responsible for ensuring your Discord server complies with Discord's own Terms of Service.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not list servers that promote hate speech, violence, illegal activity, harassment, or any content that violates Discord's Community Guidelines. NSFW servers must be accurately marked as such. Violation will result in immediate removal and account ban.

5. Bumping

The bump system is limited to once every 2 hours per server. Automated bumping, scripts, or bots used to artificially inflate bump counts are prohibited.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at any time without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

DiscoBharat is not affiliated with Discord Inc. We are an independent directory service. We are not responsible for the content or conduct within any listed Discord server.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
